On April 22, 2017, at A. D. Bruce Religion Center, University of Houston, Houston, TX Danielle Nicole McKeage and James Christopher Milling were united in holy matrimony. The Rev. Aaron Reybould officiated the ceremony.

The Bride was given in marriage by her father, David McKeage. Danielle is the daughter of David and Mary-Beth McKeage of Lake Jackson and Cynthia (Murray) and Steve Young of Katy, Texas and the granddaughter of LeRoy and Donna McKeage of Lake Jackson, M.J. and Linda Ardoin of Freeport, Mary Murray of Clute and the late Don Murray, and Ms. Gerry Lewis of Midland, Texas.

She is a 2007 graduate of Brazoswood High School, 2011 graduate of Alvin Community College with an AAS Nursing, a 2014 graduate of University of Texas Medical Branch with a BSN and is still attending UTMB completing a Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation in December 2017. Danielle is currently employed as a Registered Nurse at Texas Children’s Hospital.

James is the son of James and Aleida Milling of Katy, Texas, and the grandson of the late James and Noelia Milling of Magnolia, TX and the late Claudio Concepcion and Carmen Soler-Conception of Puerto Rico.

He is a 2002 graduate of Cinco Ranch High School in Katy, Texas, and a 2007 graduate of University of Houston. James is currently employed as an Engineer at Jacobs Engineering Group.

The Maid of Honor was Danielle’s cousin, Ashlyn Johnson, of Lake Jackson. The Bridesmaids were Katie Devany, of Katy, Texas, Susan Shofkom, of Richmond, Texas, and Sarah Young, of Sherman, Texas.

The Best Man was James’s friend, Robert Shofkom, of Richmond, Texas and the Groomsmen were Sean Devany, of Katy, Texas, Bart Rajtar, of The Woodlands, Texas, and Jonathan Milling, of Katy, Texas.

Music for the ceremony was provided by violinist, Claire Niederberger and cellist, Hasmik Vardnyan.

A dinner and dancing reception followed at the University of Houston Hilton. A special children’s reception for out-of-town family was planned separate from the adult only reception. After a final and private dance for just the bride and groom the couple had a “sparkler exit”.

Essen Entertainment provided the music for the reception.

After the reception the couple enjoyed a Honeymoon of six days in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The couple now resides in Richmond, Texas.
