Donald Leo Alexander, 43, of Lake Jackson, passed away Friday, June 14, 2013.  He was born April 7, 1970, in Freeport to James Donald and Rosa Alexander and was a lifetime resident of the area.

He will always be remembered for his laughter and contagious smile.  Donney had the ability to touch every life he came into contact with.  He was kind-hearted, fun loving, easy going and never met anyone who he didn’t like, or who didn’t like him, even if that meant having to win them over.

He is survived by his mother, Rosa Alexander of Lake Jackson; father, James Alexander of Shelbyville, Tennessee; grandmother, Musa Alexander of Shelbyville; son, Zane Alexander of Clute; sister, Christie Lohmann and husband, Westley of Smithville; brother, Jeramy Alexander of Lake Jackson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial  services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at Wesley First United Methodist Church in Clute with Rev. Everett McCollum. Memorial online condolences may be sent to www.stroud
