Williams-Gomez
Nancy and Mike Terry of Lake Jackson and Tanner Williams of Corpus Christi announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Taryn Rae Williams of Houston, to Felipe Javier Gomez of Houston, son of Javier and Christina Gomez of Houston. The wedding is planned for 6 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2009, at Butler’s Courtyard in League City, Texas.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a 2007 graduate of MD Anderson Cancer Center School of Health Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in Cytogenetic Technology. She is currently employed at MD Anderson Cancer Center as a Cytogenetic Technologist. The future bridegroom served in the U.S. Army from 1999-2001, graduated from Universal Technical Institute in 2009, and is currently employed at Shaw Maintenance.
