Mosaic Biosciences (“Mosaic” or “the Company”), a protein and antibody discovery company that helps its partners identify next-generation therapies for the prevention and treatment of disease. announced the closing of a $11.4 million financing led by Telegraph Hill Partners (“THP”), a life science venture capital and growth equity firm based in San Francisco, CA. Dan Mitchell, a Boulder-based venture capitalist, also participated in the financing.

Mosaic provides its partners experienced leadership and biopharma research teams to drive discovery and development of protein therapeutics from concept through preclinical development. The Company works collaboratively with its partners to extend their research capabilities and accelerate their development programs. Mosaic’s capabilities streamline protein and antibody therapeutic programs, reduce timelines and costs, and successfully advance programs through the completion of key discovery and early development milestones.

The growth financing will be used to expand lab facility infrastructure, develop new technologies and capabilities, augment the business development team, and expand the breadth of Mosaic’s scientific team to meet the evolving needs for protein and antibody therapeutic discovery services.
