Lake Jackson restaurants have especially been through it this year. Though Gov. Greg Abbott allowed businesses, including stores, restaurants and gyms, to open up to 75 percent capacity, that won’t make much of a difference for some places, Lake Jackson Building Official David Walton said at a recent meeting.
