NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE THE STATE OF TEXAS § § COUNTY OF BRAZORIA § WHEREAS, by virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the 239th District Court of Brazoria County on the 30th Day of July 2021, in Cause No. 110688-CV, where Tazoil, LLC, was/were Plaintiff, and WF4U Holdings, LLC was/were Defendant on a judgement rendered in said Court on May 24, 2021, against Defendant and in favor of the said Plaintiff, for the sum of $314,291.12 principal amount, Attorney Fees: $5,717.58 and all costs of suit. I did on the 27th day of August, 2021, at 09:00 o'clock a.m., levy upon the following described lots, tracts and parcels of land situated in Brazoria County, Texas, as the property of WF4U Holdings, LLC to wit: LEGAL DESCRIPTION: BEING A 1.0072 ACRE TRACT OF LAND (CALLED 1.0054 ACRES) OUT OF A CALLED 31.000 ACRE TRACT IN THE CORNELIUS SMITH SURVEY, ABSTRACT 129, BRAZORIA COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID 31.000 ACRE TRACT OF LAND BEING OUT OF A 96.23 ACRE TRACT OF LAND (PARCEL III) AND A 1008.53 ACRE TRACT OF LAND (PARCEL I) AS DESCRIBED IN DEED FROM ROBERT B. BALDWIN, II TO EDWARD TAYLOR, TRUSTEE, RECORDED IN VOLUME 1351, PAGE 247 DEED RECORDS, BRAZORIA COUNTY, TEXAS. ALSO KNOWN AS 105 OAK COLONY DR, BAILEY PRAIRE. and on the 5th day of October, 2021, being the first Tuesday of said month, beginning at the hours of 10:00 o'clock a.m. On the said day, at the Courthouse in Commissioner's Court Room of said County, I will offer for sale and sell at public auction, for cash to the highest bidder, all the right, title, and interest of WF4U Holdings, LLC, in and to said above-described property.
