With 144 years of public service combined, four influential local women are all retiring at the same time, and they share great memories of working together.

In no particular order, Brazoria County Auditor Connie Garner, Brazoria County Tax Assessor-Collector Ro’Vin Garrett, Chief of Staff for the County Judge Cathy Hughes and Precinct 3 Chief Administrator Henri Jean Loessin are all retiring Dec. 31. Garner and Garrett had their retirement dates set by statute when they decided not to run for re-election.
