Yugoslavian Christmas cookies

Becky tailored her Yugoslavian Christmas cookies to meet her friend’s preferences, including replacing walnuts with almonds.

It’s already looking like bedtime because we are waiting for thunderstorms to hit our area. When I finish this column, I think I just may take that as a sign and go to bed.

Bentley is always ready to grab his skunk and run when I say, “Wanna go to bed?” He’s right there. If his skunk is not handy and his black-and-white stuffed baby is in sight, he grabs it. It’s always one or the other. He is the best little snuggle bunny!
