ANGLETON — The Angleton ISD Board of Trustees needs good people and there are good candidates running, Superintendent Phil Edwards said during a virtual luncheon highlighting the board candidates on the Nov. 3 ballot.

“The fact that you’re willing to … serve our community and our students, I’m very grateful for,” Edwards said. “I also want to say thank you for … getting out and speaking to the community and allowing the community to hear your voices so they can make informed choices.”

The Methodist church has pastor appointments by Itinerancy. McKinnon has lived here ~2 years. Consider that when voting. I haven’t seen that issue discussed.
