OYSTER CREEK — Longtime sheriff’s deputy Richard Foreman, who retired after finishing second in the race to succeed retiring sheriff Charles Wagner, is back to wearing a badge.

The recently unretired Foreman, 58, said accepting the position to be the next chief of the Oyster Creek Police Department left him reinvigorated.
