ANGLETON — More than 324 residents and businesses have joined in a lawsuit claiming the actions at a Sweeny-area industrial site caused their properties to flood, and that number likely will grow, said the attorney leading the case.

Phillips 66 refutes the claim, stating flooding had already occurred by the time any action was taken to protect the refinery.
