ANGLETON — A person is killed every 52 minutes due to impaired driving. One of those victims was Michelle Red, daughter of John and Mindy Red, who hope through awareness to eliminate the more than 10,000 deaths impaired driving causes each year.

Mindy describes her family’s life being destroyed after the loss of her daughter Michelle in 2009. An impaired driver lost control of her vehicle and crashed head-on into the vehicle Michelle was a passenger in, killing her on the scene.
