ANGLETON — A 16-year-old murder suspect is among the latest indictments issued by the Brazoria County grand jury.

Yojan Santiago Hernandez Magueyal is accused of being part of a three-person operation involved in a home invasion and homicide June 29 of last year. Gerald Sutton Jr.’s roommate discovered him at his Wild Peach home bleeding from a shotgun wound to the leg late that night. Sutton, 51, later died from his injuries.
