ANGLETON — Growth in Brazoria County touches on many things, including the ability of local governments to effectively provide services. An Angleton City Council budget workshop over the weekend revealed changes in the works over the next few years for the city.

“Guys, we’re going to need a new building, a new police building, probably within the next three to five years,” Angleton Police Chief Aaron Ausmus said. “We are at our capacity — every office is used, every space is used.”
