DICKINSON — Winning can cure a lot of things, and a victory was just what Brazosport ordered. The Exporters’ offense took off while the defense pitched a 48-0 shutout Saturday against Pasadena at Sam Vitanza Stadium.

“Winning does cure some things, but we started kind of sloppy,” Brazosport coach Mark Kanipes said. “We got the job done despite all of the adversity the kids faced this week, and we still have kids with no power and all that stuff.
