Angleton graduate Mia Scott has earned a spot on the USA Junior Olympic Women's national softball team. 

Angleton graduate Mia Scott has had a busy summer and it is only going to get busier next month when she will represent her country while playing softball in another one.

Scott was one of 18 players from around the country to be selected to play for the USA Junior Olympic Women’s national softball team in August, a dream she has had since she was a little girl, parents Cassandra and Garvin Scott said.
